Our approach to administration allows clients to properly grieve the loss of their loved ones without worrying about the complexity of the court process or the preparation of state and federal estate tax returns.

Trust Administration

We help trustees fulfill their duties and obligations under the terms of the trust and applicable law to allow a smooth administration of various types of trusts. We advise trust beneficiaries as to their rights and interests.

Guardianship & Conservatorship

When a guardianship or conservatorship is necessary, we provide both legal and practical advice to promote the best possible result for all who are involved. We encourage less restrictive methods to maintain the dignity of vulnerable adults whenever possible.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

We represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputed matters and often resolve disagreements through mediation and settlement negotiations. When court involvement is necessary, we file and defend probate, trust, and conservatorship actions.
